This website is operated by Wolken Ware and hosted on Cloudflare.
Website activity
We record page views, capability and showcase interactions, screenshot opens and enquiry actions to understand what is useful. A random identifier stored in your browser tab connects these events during that session. We do not use advertising cookies or browser fingerprinting.
Activity records contain the event, page, topic, referring domain, broad device type, time and campaign source, medium and name when provided in campaign links. Our application does not store your IP address or full browser user-agent. Hosting-provider request and security logs are governed separately by the hosting configuration.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and page performance. Our first-party engagement records help us understand which services and examples are useful. We respect supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these analytics.
Enquiries
If you submit the contact form, we store your name, email, selected service and message so the enquiry can be reviewed. Enquiries are stored in our separate website database and reviewed by Wolken Ware. Delivery status is tracked so a saved enquiry is not lost if an email notification needs another attempt.
Retention and access
Activity events are retained for 90 days. Enquiries in the website database are retained for 180 days. Notification emails are managed separately in the company mailbox. Website insights and enquiry records are restricted to authorised company access. Contact Wolken Ware through the enquiry form to request review or removal of an enquiry.
